You will receive an e-ticket for this activity.
Please check with the staff if you have any pre-existing medical conditions that may prevent travel. The supplier cannot accept any liability.
Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.
Expectant mothers are not permitted onboard at any stage of their pregnancy.
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please be aware that if you miss your scheduled departure, you will not be eligible for a later booking or refund, as seats are reserved on the vessel for the timeslot selected.
A minimum of 16 passengers is permitted for each sailing, except at the absolute discretion of TR. Vessels that are not filled to the minimum number may be rescheduled. Passengers will be contacted to arrange an alternate date and/or time to travel.
Life jackets must be worn at all times. Please note that if life jackets are manually inflated and/or damaged with intent, you will be charged per jacket.
Suitable clothing must be worn, bearing in mind it is usually cooler on the river compared with the shore. Sailing and wet-weather gear will be provided.
Due to the type of vessel, wheelchairs cannot be brought on board. Guests must come out of their chair with the assistance of a carer or companion. The crew are there to help but is unable to carry guests onboard.
No food or beverages can be consumed on board.
